Responding to test thread; however, I am responding from a secondary computer. I still cannot respond from my laptop. I continue to receive a "restricted account" message. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for all your help - look forward to seeing you on the track.

I have just determined that the "Posting Rules" on each computer are different. Do you know how to change the posting rules? Thanks again!

Post rules are computer independant, meaning what you can do on one you should be able to do on the other. All your account settings (posting abilites) are retained server side so if you are having problems posting on one PC but not another, there is a specific problem with that PC seperate from the forums.

First try clearing your cookies by clicking on:

Tools then Internet Options
Find Delete Cookies in the middle of the Internet Options dialog. Click it and yes to any messages you may recieve.
Close Internet Explorer and then re-open it.
Come back to the forum and log in.

Let me know if that fixes it.
