As we are well under way into 2007, Its again time to revamp our roster of track supervisors.
We have, at least in the short term, some new insurance regulations that significantly impact the paperwork required for practice sessions. To facilitate these new changes, If you wish to become qualified, or requalify as a track supervisor for this year, please make plans to attend a meeting at the track on saturday 24th March at 1pm.
Ken Sullivan and i will go over the new 2007 requirements and responsibilities for potential BCKC track supervisors, and following the meeting, will hold a training class for those that wish to pursue this.
I must remind everyone, that we cannot have a practice session at any time without a track supervisor physically present. As club members, it is again time to step up to the plate, and help share the responsibility of running the club.
Current track supervisors will no longer be allowed to open the track, unless attending the requalification class on saturday March 24th.
You must be a current member of the club and at least 18 years old to participate. Remember folks, no track supervisor, no practice.
